Requirements:

•  Must be a Member Subscriber

•  Clearance from Finance Services 

•  Payment of Bill Deposit

•  Documents – valid reason

•  Contract of Electric service

•  Photocopy of valid ID(Gov't. issued)

Valid Documents:

•  Affidavit of waiver and consent

•  Deed of Absolute Sale 

•  Extrajudicial Settlement

•  Death Certificate of previous owner

•  Notarized Sworn Affidavit or 

  Affidavit of Ownership

Process Flow

⚈  Attend Pre-Membership Education Seminar (PMES) for those who are not yet a member.

    Schedule for PMES:

      Tuesday, 8:00AM - 12:00NN  (via ZOOM)

         Friday,    8:00AM - 12:00NN  (At Main Office) 

   

⚈  Secure Clearance from NORECO II Finance Service Office(FSD)

     Secure clearance of the account your requesting to change.

       

⚈  Submit clearance and necessary documents to ISD office.

    • Make sure your documents are complete before submitting it.

⚈  Evaluation and Calculation of Payment 

⚈  Payment of Bill  deposit and other fees, consequently, the signing of contract

      • Bill deposit is based on electrical Load

⚈  Change of name will appear in the next bill receipt
