Requirements:

• Bring forth your latest bill

• Current photo of your meter

• P100 for payment service

Process Flow

⚈  Go to the BIlling section of your nearest NORECO II Office.

⚈  Submit requirements to the personnel in-charge.

⚈  Upon interview and  proven bill receipt is seemingly unusual, settle payment service fee(P100).

⚈ A schedule for the retrieval of your meter will be posted.

⚈ The meter room personnel will replace and repossess the meter for further checking and recalibration.
